Ekaterina is a Principal Solicitor of BES Lawyers and has been practicing law since 2008. She now dedicates her time to keeping people out of court as being an accredited mediator and registered family dispute resolution practitioner. Being a mother herself, Ekaterina advocates for the child/ren’s best interests being met in working towards an outcome in parenting matters where each child has a strong and meaningful relationship with both parents. She understands how hard relationship breakdown can be for the child/ren, and the hardship of co-parenting that families face. Having worked as a solicitor for over 10 years, Ekaterina has a vast experience in understanding complex commercial and property matters. She focuses on managing mediating parties in a very efficient manner, communicating and scheduling mediations and FDRs in prompt time, so it can reduce clients’ stress of waiting and remaining uncertain.
